WOODLAWN

This two-story new build is located on an idyllic street in historic river heights. The neighborhood features craftsman style homes and charming brick streets. We wanted the craftsman style, but also be distinctive, so we chose Obsidian from PPG paints. The weathered brick porches and matte black lighting finishes were the perfect touches. We carried that craftsman style into the home and added special details like a reading nook under the stairs, craftsman style interior doors and interior trim with white shaker cabinets. Real wood floors add character and warmth and the marble tile bathrooms added a bit of luxury. We kept it light and bright with PPG Delicate White on the walls throughout and added a bit of drama with black painted interior doors in PPG Black Widow.
